Collaborative trip photo recap

Make a trip recap out of everyone’s photos

MyWrap makes a collaborative trip photo recap: one shared album that the whole group adds to, and an AI trip recap built from the photos once they are all in. You invite friends, friends upload photos together, and MyWrap generates the recap.

How it works

Invite friends, everyone uploads, MyWrap generates the recap. In full:

  1. Start the album

Create an album for the trip and give it a name. It takes about thirty seconds and you do not have to upload anything yet.

  2. Send the link

Drop the link in the group chat. Anyone who opens it can add photos straight away. No app to install, no account, no waiting for someone to accept an invite.

  3. Everyone uploads

Friends upload photos together into the same album, from whatever phone they shot on. Each photo stays credited to whoever added it, so you can see the night from six angles instead of one camera roll.

  4. MyWrap generates the recap

When the photos are in, MyWrap builds the recap from the album itself: who was there, what got shot the most, the run of the days. You get a designed, swipeable set of frames you can reorder, edit, or leave exactly as it came out.

  5. Share it back

Send the finished recap to the same group chat, or post it. Anyone can open it in a browser. Wrap+ adds video export so it can go straight to a story.

Why one person’s camera roll is never the trip

The person who organised the trip is in about four photos. The friend who took the best shot of the whole week never sent it. Half the good ones are stuck in a group chat, compressed, three hundred messages up.

A trip recap built from one phone is a recap of one person’s trip. MyWrap builds it from the shared album instead, so the recap has everyone’s angle in it and everyone appears in it.

What you end up with

A swipeable recap of the trip: the photos, laid out in designed frames, with the days in order and the people who were there credited. You can reorder it, swap a photo, or leave it exactly as MyWrap generated it.

It lives at a link, so you send it to the group chat and everyone opens it in a browser. Wrap+ exports it as a video for stories.

Questions people actually ask

How do I make a trip recap from everyone’s photos?

Start a shared album, send the link to the group, let everyone upload their photos, then generate the recap. MyWrap builds it from every photo in the album rather than from one person’s camera roll.

Do my friends need to download an app to add photos?

No. They open the link in a phone browser and upload. There is no app to install and no account to create to contribute photos.

Is the trip recap generated automatically?

Yes. Once the photos are in the shared album, MyWrap generates the recap from them. You can then edit any frame, reorder them, or regenerate.

Can I use it for something other than a trip?

Yes. The same shared album and automatic recap works for a party, a wedding weekend, a festival, a season of a sports team, or any event several people photographed.

How much does it cost?

Creating a shared album and generating a recap is free. Wrap+ is $3.99/mo and adds video export, private recaps, and recaps that never expire.

What MyWrap is

MyWrap is a shared photo album app that turns a group’s photos into an automatic recap. One person starts an album for a trip, a party, or an event and shares a link. Friends upload photos together, with no app to install and no account needed to contribute. Once the photos are in, MyWrap generates a recap from the album: a designed, swipeable set of frames built from the group’s own photos, which anyone can watch, download, or share as a video.
