MyWrap for Business
The event photo app a brand runs itself
MyWrap for Business is a branded shared photo album your guests fill at the event, and the event CRM that comes out of it. Guests add photos with no app and no account, your logo and your terms are on the album, and afterwards the workspace still knows who took part, who came back, and which photos are worth posting.

How a brand runs one
One workspace runs the album, the event and the audience record it leaves behind.
Open a workspace
Sign in with a work email at mywrap.app/business/login. Creating the workspace is free: you name the brand, say what you do, and paste your links, and the setup fills in your brand kit, your writing voice and your public brand page from your own pages. It shows you what it wrote before saving any of it.
Set up the event
Name, date, location, how many photos each guest may add, an entry code if the album should not be open to the whole internet, whether your content terms apply, and whether the event shows on your brand page. The album exists from that moment; the cover is picked afterwards.
The room joins with one link
A link or a QR code on the wall. Guests open it in a phone browser and start adding photos and clips: no app, no account, no invite to accept. If your workspace has content terms, they are shown before the first photo goes anywhere, and who agreed to which version is recorded.
The event runs itself
Guests answer polls, hot takes, quizzes and question boxes, enter the raffle, tap your shop and follow cards, and opt in on a sign-up card. Anyone who makes their own recap out of the album gets the paid frame set without paying for it, because the album carries your plan rather than their account.
The workspace keeps the event
Afterwards: full analytics, the attendee list with segments, every photo and clip in one library, a ranked social pack with separate copy for Instagram, TikTok, X and LinkedIn, an official recap you own, and a report you can export as JSON or CSV. Across events, returning audience and side-by-side comparison.
What a brand normally leaves an event with
A photographer’s gallery that arrives eleven days later, four hundred shots deep, all from one angle at chest height. A photo booth that printed strips nobody scanned. A stack of business cards. Somewhere in a group chat, the shot that would actually have been worth posting, taken by a guest, which you will never see.
None of that tells you who actually came. The event happened, the money was spent, and the only record is a folder of images and an invoice.
One link, and every phone is a camera
You put a link or a QR code on the wall. Guests open it in a phone browser and start adding photos and clips immediately: no app to install, no account to create, no invite to accept. That single removed step is the whole difference between an album with four contributors and an album with ninety.
The album is yours, not ours, as far as a guest can tell: your logo, your accent colour, your call-to-action card, and your content terms shown before the first photo goes anywhere.
Guests leave with something, and so do you
Any guest can build their own recap out of the album’s photos, and because the album carries your plan rather than their account, they get the full paid frame set without paying for anything. What they post to their own story is made of your night, credited to your event.
You get an official recap of the whole event that you own and can post as the brand, a ranked set of the photos worth posting with separate copy written for each platform, and a report of what happened.
And then the audience is still there next month
This is the part a photo booth cannot do. Every person who took part becomes a row you keep: their uploads, the cards they answered, whether they opted in to hear from you, and whether they have been to one of your events before. Run a second event and the workspace can tell you who came back.
That record is built from participation, someone uploaded, someone answered, someone marked themselves as there. It is never inferred from a face, and MyWrap does not do facial recognition on your guests.
The plans
The workspace itself is free to create and try. What is inside it is not: analytics, the attendee list and the media library across events all need a live plan.
| Plan | Price | Events | Participants | Photos and clips |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Brand Event | $69 one-time | 1 | 250 / event | 4,000 / event |
| Brand | $179 per month (or $1,790 per year) | Unlimited | 2,500 / month | 8,000 / event |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Custom | Custom |
The short version
- Who it is for
- Brands, venues, festivals, agencies, conference and community teams, anyone who runs events and currently leaves with nothing but a photographer’s invoice.
- What guests install
- Nothing. The album opens in a phone browser, and no account is needed to add photos or answer a card.
- Price
- Brand Event $69 one-time (one event, 250 / event). Brand $179 per month or $1,790 per year, unlimited events and 2,500 / month. Enterprise is custom.
- What a participant is
- A distinct person who uploaded, answered a card, or marked themselves as there. Not a photo, and not a page view, a brand pays for reach, not for storage.
- The CRM
- Every person across every event you have run, with their uploads, answers, sign-up status and lifecycle stage, plus saved segments. Contact details are only ever the ones someone opted in with, and they export as CSV.
- Content rights
- Your own upload terms, shown before a guest’s first photo, version-stamped, with a record of who agreed to which version, guests without accounts included.
- Branding
- Your logo, accent colour and call-to-action on the album and on every recap made from it, plus a public page at mywrap.app/b/yourbrand. Removing the MyWrap mark entirely is Enterprise.
- Who can run it
- Several people share one workspace as owner, admin or member (up to 15 on Brand, 100 on Enterprise). The plan belongs to the organisation, so the person who bought it can leave without taking the events with them.
Questions people actually ask
What is the best event photo app for brands?
The useful question is what you want to leave the event with. If you only want images, hire a photographer. If you want everyone’s photos, content you can post, and a record of who was actually there, you want a shared album the guests fill themselves. MyWrap for Business is that: one branded album, no app or account for guests, and an event CRM built from who took part.
Do guests need to download an app or make an account?
No. The album opens in a phone browser and guests can add photos, answer cards and enter a raffle without signing up for anything. Guests who never make an account are still counted, still credited, and still appear in your attendee list as guests.
How much does it cost to run one event?
Brand Event is $69, paid once, and covers one event with 250 / event and 4,000 / event. Brand is $179 per month (or $1,790 per year) for unlimited events and 2,500 / month. Enterprise is priced to the scope.
What counts as a participant?
A distinct person who did something: uploaded a photo or clip, answered an interaction card, or marked themselves as having been there. Photos are capped separately per plan. A brand is buying reach, so the meter is people rather than files.
Can more than one person on my team run it?
Yes. A workspace has seats, owner, admin and member, and the plan belongs to the organisation rather than to whoever’s card was on file, so the person who bought it can leave without taking the events with them. Brand includes up to 15 seats, Enterprise up to 100.
Does it work for a conference, a festival or a pop-up?
Yes. Anything where a group of people is in one place and taking photos: brand activations, festivals, conferences, store openings, sponsor lounges, community meetups, staff parties. The album, the cards and the report are the same; what changes is how many people open the link.
What MyWrap for Business is
MyWrap for Business is a branded shared photo album and event CRM. Guests open one link to add photos, answer cards and enter raffles: no app or account required. The album carries the brand’s logo, colour and content terms. After the event, the workspace keeps the attendee record, opted-in contacts, post-ready photos and captions, and a report of what happened. The CRM is built from real participation rather than a registration or badge-scan list.
